Viriditas is a US-based sustainable energy project integrator focused on Latin America. The company identifies, develops, and helps finance high-return energy projects—such as solar, wind, natural gas, hydro, and green hydrogen—targeting medium-sized power generation and distribution initiatives. Viriditas works closely with developers, investors, and governments, offering technical and management expertise across all stages of project development. It leverages a flexible, per-project business model, extensive strategic alliances, and a deep understanding of the regional market to maximize project success rates, particularly in complex and uncertain environments.
Business Structure
Viriditas is based in Houston, TX. It has a simple and flexible corporate structure that allows it to adapt to different projects of varying sizes and geographic locations. It follows a per-project work model in which overhead costs of the company´s personnel fall directly on the project and not on the corporation.

Project selection criteria
Viriditas applies a systemic assessment process in each project that may become part of our pipeline. We analyze the projects during their early stages and pinpoint those that are more likely to become real endeavors in time, maximizing the use of resources and increasing the project success rate.
